The 2021-2022 Board of Directors of TAER would like to welcome each of you to the 2022 TAER Conference! Please be sure to visit the Exhibitors to see the latest and greatest technology, instructional materials, and other special resources. The vendors will be set up along the halls in the Conference Session area on the Lobby Level from 12:00 noon Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon at 5:00 pm. The Silent Auction will also be set up in the halls near the Exhibitors in the Conference Session area. Please support our efforts to raise money for scholarships and awards by bidding on these exciting items. Silent Auction opens on Thursday at 12:00 noon and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
The Presidents’ Reception hosted by Belinda Rudinger, Rona Pogrund, and Michael Munro (current and past TAER Presidents) will be Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the outdoor Amatuli Market area. This is an opportunity to network with friends and colleagues. There will be delicious appetizers and a cash bar.
Division Meetings (O&M, Multiple Disabilities & DeafBlind, and Itinerant Personnel) will be held on Friday from 5:30- 6:30 p.m. See the schedule and become involved in a TAER Division of your interest.
Look for the Raffle sales.  We will be selling raffle tickets for a free TAER Member Registration for the 2023 TAER Conference in Denton. We will also be selling raffle tickets for a 50/50 drawing!! Take a chance to be a big winner!
The Awards Luncheon will be Friday in Kalahari Ballroom Salon E. This ceremony is a special time to honor the outstanding members of our field that you don’t want to miss. Be sure to bring your colored meal ticket from the registration booth if you ordered a vegetarian or gluten-free meal, so lunch can be served efficiently.
Please make sure you attend the TAER Business Meeting on Saturday morning. A delicious full breakfast will be served prior to the meeting in Kalahari Salon E, and door prizes will be given out (must be present to win), followed by more informative sessions.
Conference evaluations and CEU submissions will be online this year.
